Reference to the name "Holiday Zone" refers to the Holiday Zone website. "Advertisers" and "Registered Users " and "Accommodation Owners" are Registered Users of Holiday Zone who have placed holiday accommodation adverts on Holiday Zone. "Browsers " are registered/non-registered users of Holiday Zone who search the website and/or respond to accommodation advertisements made by Registered Users of Holiday Zone. "Accommodation Adverts" and "Properties" or " Accommodation" refer to holiday accommodation that is advertised on Holiday Zone by Registered Users. " Accommodation Details" refer to details of advertised accommodation which appear on Holiday Zone. "Contact Details"refer to the details provided by Registered Users so that Browsers can contact them regarding the accommodation "Accommodation Information Page" refers to the page where a Registered Users accommodation information is displayed. "Free Adverts" refer to adverts placed by Registered Users as part of a Holiday Zone offer/promotion.

Holiday Zone Information

Holiday Zone provides an on-line advertising service for those who own all types of holiday accommodation. Holiday Zone are currently offering a free advert for Registered Users. Accommodation details are displayed on Holiday Zone along with contact details. Holiday Zone purely advertises this accommodation and has no involvement in the booking of any accommodation.

Section 1. Advertising accommodation on Holiday Zone

"Free advert for one year" - usually means for example 3rd of January 2000 to 3rd January 2001. However Holiday Zone reserve the right to remove "free adverts" at anytime and terminate this free offer. This may result in a free advert appearing on Holiday Zone for less than the one year stated. Holiday Zone offers/promotions are subject to change without notice. Holiday Zone has the right to edit, amend, delete and remove advertisements, or parts of advertisements, if found to be offensive, inappropriate, misleading or otherwise. Holiday Zone will inform the advertiser of any amendments made to their accommodation advertisement. Holiday Zone has no involvement in any enquiries about accommodation or in the booking of accommodation, this is to be arranged between the Registered User and Browser. Holiday Zone has the right to use Registered User information for their own purposes. Holiday Zone will not disclose any Registered User information for use outside of Holiday Zone. Holiday Zone is not responsible for the way in which contact details are used by Browsers of the advertisements. Holiday Zone cannot be held responsible for consequences that may arise from use of this information. Holiday Zone have the right to place advertisement banners and other links on your Accommodation Information Page. Holiday Zone can not be held responsible for payment or credit issues that may arise through rental of your accommodation. Holiday Zone can not guarantee the suitability of or validity of persons wishing to rent your accommodation as advertised on Holiday Zone. It is advised that accommodation owners confirm details in writing with those wishing to use it. Holiday Zone do NOT guarantee that any bookings will be made through your Holiday Zone advert.

Section 2. Responding to advertisements on Holiday Zone

Holiday Zone cannot guarantee the description or the standard of the accommodation advertised. Holiday Zone cannot be held responsible for misinformation, or incorrectly advertised accommodation that may describe the accommodation as something it is not, or lead the Browser into believing that the accommodation is different to what it actually is. The accuracy of the information on the web sites is the sole responsibility of the advertiser. Holiday Zone cannot be held responsible for any of the following and related factors: any differences between information displayed on the website and the actual accommodation, the standard of the accommodation rented or bogus advertisements. The contact details provided for the accommodation are not to be used for any other purpose other than to contact a person regarding accommodation seen advertised on Holiday Zone. Neither Holiday Zone or the advertiser are held responsible for any typographical errors that appear in the accommodation information. Holiday Zone can not be held responsible for payment or credit issues that may arise through the use of accommodation found on Holiday Zone. Holiday Zone can not guarantee the suitability or validity of Advertisers advertising their accommodation on Holiday Zone. It is advised that all arrangements made with advertisers are done so in writing.
